At first glance, Nick looked like a college student fresh out of school, with little knowledge of what we needed but boy were we wrong. He was knowledgeable, able to articulate thoughts and suggestions and most importantly, patient. He made us feel totally comfortable with their products and the skill set of their employees. My experience starts with Rodger Barton. In Turkish time and spent quite a bit of time with me telling me what was going to happen and how it was going to happen and who was going to make it happen. Instant a young man by the name of Adrian to do the work. Adrian exceed my expectations on how my bathroom was going to be transformed. Once he started he worked till 8:00 that evening and came back the next morning at 8:00 to finish the product. He not only installed my new shower and took out the old bathtub but he also installed a new vanity and a new toilet and when he was all installing he went to caulking everything the way it should be. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to explain how happy I am and proud of what he done with my bathroom. It is absolutely beautiful. If anybody is considering a bathroom remodel they should get ahold of this company. They tell you what they are going to do and then they do it

Kyle and Scott came out to look st our basement bathroom. It was refreshing to deal with a company that takes the time to explain the process. Their office called my company to provide an estimate for carpet cleaning. Our estimate was accepted and we carpet cleaned two locations in Creve Couer, Illinois today. In my business one can always evaluate a business by how they prepare for an event (carpet cleaning). In this case it was 5 star and I really appreciate the effort in preparation. Sam, the General Manager, delegated himself to meet my team on this cold Saturday afternoon. I’m always impressed by a leader that leads by example and Sam is just that. I witnessed him walking around with a spray bottle and cleaning walls, etc. I’m guessing he’s the Head Janitor as well. My wife and I are considering getting two bathrooms remodeled in our home in Normal, Illinois. I can see myself doing business with Perfect Exteriors and Bathrooms based on this experience today.
