At first glance, Nick looked like a college student fresh out of school, with little knowledge of what we needed but boy were we wrong. He was knowledgeable, able to articulate thoughts and suggestions and most importantly, patient. He made us feel totally comfortable with their products and the skill set of their employees. Can't wait to see the final product, and update this review.

We loved everything from start to finish. Steve had great ideas from the start on new siding for the front of our house. The crew was amazing and did it in one day. Brian was in touch with us the whole time and made sure everything was perfect. Loved that Natalie reached out afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with everything. My experience starts with Rodger Barton. In Turkish time and spent quite a bit of time with me telling me what was going to happen and how it was going to happen and who was going to make it happen. Instant a young man by the name of Adrian to do the work. Adrian exceed my expectations on how my bathroom was going to be transformed. Once he started he worked till 8:00 that evening and came back the next morning at 8:00 to finish the product. He not only installed my new shower and took out the old bathtub but he also installed a new vanity and a new toilet and when he was all installing he went to caulking everything the way it should be. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to explain how happy I am and proud of what he done with my bathroom. It is absolutely beautiful. If anybody is considering a bathroom remodel they should get ahold of this company. They tell you what they are going to do and then they do it

Had Johnathan come replace 2 windows at our house and it was an amazing experience and looks so much better than it did and he sealed it up nice honestly hard to tell he even did anything besides the brand new awesome window!! The roof, fascia, gutters, and final replacement window all make my 100+ year old bungalow look amazing. It totally transformed the look of my home. I had 4 different crews (one crew for each job) & they were all professional, polite, & cleaned up after themselves. I did have one issue, but it was quickly corrected & I'm very satisfied with the work. I would recommend Perfect Choice and will contact Alan when I'm ready to do my next project. June 11, 2026: Because I had such great work done in 2024, I contacted Alan again as it was time for a new garage roof (my garage is not attached but separate from my home). Alan came the next day and in less than a month my home and garage have matching shingles (which I didn't even have when I bought it 23 years ago). Again, Alan was super and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Erin was a fantastic coordinator and even called me on a Sunday to confirm everything. I did have some issues come up on my end which caused me to ask for a delay, but Erin was very easy to work with and was able to change the crew to work around my schedule. Today the roofing crew came, tore off my old roof, and installed the new roof. I even had some of the same people that had installed the roof on my house in 2024 work on the garage roof today. The crew was polite, courteous, and wasted no time in getting it completed. They also cleaned up and that is very much appreciated. I've had other companies leave trash, wood, nails, etc and Perfect Choice has never left a mess. I would recommend them and when it's time for my next work, I will be calling them again. Thanks to all of the employees associated with Perfect Choice. Job well done again.
