Who we are
Perfect Choice Home Solutions is a home improvement company with offices at 402 S. Main St., Creve Coeur, IL 61610, (309) 698-5735, and 2424 Hwy 94 S. Outer Rd., St. Charles, MO 63303, (636) 947-0177. In this policy, "we" means Perfect Choice Home Solutions.
What we collect, and when
We only collect information you type into one of our forms, plus a few details your browser sends with it. Each form asks for different things:
- Quote, booking and contact forms: the service you are interested in, your name, phone number and ZIP code, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, a preferred date and a message.
- Financing check: the type of project, a rough budget range, your name, phone number and ZIP code. This is not a credit application and it does not run a credit check.
- Financing application: your first and last name, date of birth, Social Security number, employer, job title, monthly income, phone number, and optionally your email address and ZIP code.
- Job application: the position, your name, email address and phone number, a resume if you attach one, and an optional message.
When you send a form, we also record the page you sent it from, the page that brought you to our site, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or a Google, Facebook or Microsoft ad click ID), your IP address, your browser type and the time. We use these to spot spam and to learn which pages and ads bring people to us.
How we use it
- To call you back, arrange your free consultation and prepare your quote.
- To review a financing application with you and talk through your options.
- To consider a job application and contact you about it.
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse.
- To understand which pages, searches and ads lead people to contact us.
We only contact you about the request you sent. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
- Your request is stored in our website's secure admin area, which only our staff can sign in to.
- Our office staff receive an email about each request so they can call you back. A financing application email never contains your full Social Security number or date of birth, only a masked version.
- We may pass quote, contact and financing contact details (not job applications) to the PCE Platform so our office can track and follow up on requests. Your Social Security number and date of birth are never sent to it.
- Financing applications are reviewed by our financing team. (To confirm: which lenders receive an application, and how.)
- Resumes are stored in a private folder that has no public web address. They are never attached to an email, and only signed-in staff can download them.
How we protect it
Our forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the financing application will not accept a submission that is not. Your Social Security number and date of birth are encrypted when they are stored and are hidden in our staff screens unless someone authorized opens the application to process it.
Cookies, analytics and call tracking
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, the same properties as the current website, to measure how people use this site. These tools set cookies and receive details about your visit, and they load when you open the site. The phone numbers on the page are our real office numbers. We do not replace them with tracking numbers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows. (To confirm: how long requests, financing applications and job applications are kept before they are deleted.)
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call either office, or email [email protected]. If we send you text messages, our Terms and Conditions explain how to stop them.
Children
This website is for homeowners and job seekers. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy is effective October 6, 2026.
