This was the most reasonable price for a big company to install our acrylic rainfall shower walls and base with a wood seat and shampoo shelf but Keegan was professional, polite and a real hard worker that gave us great confidence that he knew what he was doing. We had ordered some gold fixtures and gold is a tricky color to try to match and get right but Keegan immediately noted upon arrival to the job that BathPlanet had ordered the incorrect color so he worked with the office to immediately amend the situation. Mistakes happen, stuff gets lost in translation; how a situation gets handled is what is most important and BathPlanet and Keegan did a great job getting us right. Love the shower. Love the value. Bath Planet finished our hall bath remodel today. Replaced tub with a walk in shower, what a difference. All material seems to be high quality and Mike B.
