Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from Perfect Choice Home Solutions. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and installation scheduling
  • Promotions and special offers
  • Customer service and feedback requests


Program Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages per month.


Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP” to the number you received a message from. After your opt-out request:

  • You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
  • No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting “START” or submitting a new opt-in.

2.) 10K Home Makeover Giveaway – Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

The 10K Home Makeover Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Perfect Choice Home Solutions (“Sponsor”).


2. Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Illinois and Missouri who are:

  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry;
  • The legal owner of the residential property submitted for consideration; and
  • Located within Sponsor’s active service territory.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Perfect Choice Home Solutions or its affiliated companies, vendors, suppliers, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.


3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins and ends on the dates publicly advertised by Sponsor. Entries submitted before or after the official Promotion period will not be eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.


4. How to Enter

Eligible participants must complete the official entry process as described on Sponsor’s website, social media platforms, event materials, advertisements, or other approved promotional materials.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Limit one (1) entry per household unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.


5. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive products and/or services offered by Perfect Choice Home Solutions with a maximum retail value of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000 USD).

Prize may consist of qualifying roofing, siding, windows, bathroom remodeling, gutters, doors, or other products/services offered by Sponsor at the time of award.

Prize conditions include:

  • Prize value is based on Sponsor’s retail pricing.
  • Prize is non-transferable.
  • Prize may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund.
  • Prize may not be applied to previous purchases or existing contracts.
  • Any project costs exceeding the awarded amount are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Financing promotions, discounts, or additional offers may not be combined with the awarded prize unless approved by Sponsor.

If the selected project is deemed infeasible, unsafe, unavailable, or outside Sponsor’s normal scope of operations, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative qualifying product or service of equal or lesser value.


6. Property & Project Eligibility

The prize is valid only for owner-occupied residential properties located within Sponsor’s normal service areas.

All projects are subject to:

  • Property inspection;
  • Material availability;
  • Local building code requirements;
  • Permit approval;
  • HOA approval where applicable; and
  • Operational feasibility as determined solely by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, deny, modify, or cancel any project involving:

  • Unsafe property conditions;
  • Structural deficiencies;
  • Hazardous materials including asbestos or mold;
  • Code violations;
  • Accessibility limitations;
  • Unreasonable project scope; or
  • Conditions outside Sponsor’s licensing, insurance coverage, or operational capabilities.


7. Winner Selection & Odds of Winning

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period.

The drawing will occur within fourteen (14) business days following the close of the Promotion unless otherwise stated.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


8. Winner Notification & Prize Acceptance

Potential winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or other contact information provided during entry.

To claim the prize, the selected winner must:

  • Respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification;
  • Provide proof of eligibility and property ownership if requested; and
  • Complete any required release, waiver, tax, or publicity documentation.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.


9. Scheduling & Project Completion

Project scheduling shall be determined solely by Sponsor based on production availability, weather conditions, permit approvals, labor scheduling, and material availability.

Sponsor does not guarantee project start dates or completion dates.

Construction delays due to weather, supply chain interruptions, permitting issues, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control shall not constitute breach or failure of prize fulfillment.


10. Taxes & Financial Responsibility

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, assessments, permit costs, upgrades, or additional expenses associated with the prize or project exceeding the awarded amount.

Sponsor may require completion of applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 or other required reporting forms, prior to awarding the prize.


11. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, photographs, video footage, project details, testimonials, before-and-after images, and related promotional materials for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media format without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.


12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Perfect Choice Home Solutions and its owners, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, vendors, advertising partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries;
  • Technical failures of any kind;
  • Internet, website, mobile device, or network malfunctions;
  • Human, electronic, or administrative errors;
  • Unauthorized intervention or fraud;
  • Construction delays outside Sponsor’s reasonable control; or
  • Typographical or promotional errors.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.


13. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois.


14. Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the Promotion.


15. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Perfect Choice Home Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries or text messages
  • Technical malfunctions of any kind (network, device, internet)
  • Human or electronic error in promotion administration

Participation in any promotion or SMS program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.


4.) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
